Tujuan:
Mahasiswa mampu menjelaskan dasar-dasar dan karakteristik aliran fluida, mengaplikasikannya di bidang teknik perkapalan dan teknologi kelautan secara umum.
Materi pokok:
Pendahuluan, analisis dimensi, fluida statis, persamaan dasar gerakan fluida, hukum hidrostatis, stabilitas dan gaya apung, analisis diferensial gerakan fluida, konservasi massa, persamaan momentum, aliran irrotational, fluida dinamis, hukum-hukum Newton, hukum-hukum Thermodinamika, persamaan Euler, persamaan Bernoulli, Navier Stokes, persamaan energi, aliran pada saluran terbuka, gelombang permukaan, aliran pada kedalaman normal dan bervariasi, hydrodynamic jump
